All options are either onsite or within a comfortable walking distance to the Convention venue, Crown Promenade. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are per night and include GST.

Booking Information
| How to book accommodation: Please indicate when completing the registration form your accommodation requirements. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration form and payment. Accommodation rates are for room only and do not include breakfast unless stated otherwise. |
| Payment of accommodation: The balance of your accommodation account and any incidental charges must be paid in full, directly to the hotel, on departure. |
| Early arrival or late departure: Check in time for the convention hotels is from 14:00. Please advise the convention manager in writing if you will be arriving before this time as you may be required to book the previous night to guarantee immediate access to your room. Please also advise the convention manager in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 18:00 to avoid your room being released. |
| Deadlines: The convention hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival; therefore any bookings made after Friday 20 February 2009 will be subject to availability. |
| Change of booking: Any change to a reservation must be made in writing to the convention manager and not directly to the hotel. |
| Cancellation policy: accommodation: A cancellation fee of either a one night deposit or full payment may be imposed for cancellations within 30 days of check in. Some hotels may strictly enforce this. Any amendments to original hotel booking must be forwarded in writing to the convention manager. |
| Crown Promenade and Crown Towers All rooms cancelled between 30 - 14 days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equal to one night’s accommodation charge. With 14 days prior to arrival, all rooms cancelled will be charged an amount equal to the charge for the original length of accommodation booked. |
Parking: The Crown Entertainment Complex has over 5,000 car parking spaces in two very accessible car parks. A two level basement car park and a multi-level car park provide convenient access to all facilities in the complex. Parking for those with disabilities is provided in both the multi-level and basement car parks, in various locations adjacent to lift lobbies.
