Cancellation policy: Cancellations received in writing to the Convention Managers, prior to Wednesday 31  December 2008 will receive a full refund less a $150.00 Administration Fee. Cancellations received  between  31 December 2008 and 31 January 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after  this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions  must be made  in writing to the Conference Managers.  
Privacy statement: Information provided by participants at the time of registration will be used to  administer the convention, including accommodation, catering, sponsorship and exhibition. Data obtained  will remain the property of WALDRONSMITH Management and the McDonalds Owner Operator Convention.
